As August unfolds, we find ourselves standing at a beautiful threshold. Summer is beginning its slow transition toward autumn, reminding us that change is not something to fear, it is the natural rhythm of life. This month invites us to embrace our authentic selves with courage, to trust our inner wisdom, and to allow our light to shine a little brighter.
August is a month of both inspiration and refinement. Leo season encourages us to lead with our hearts, express our creativity, and celebrate the gifts that make each of us unique. As we move into Virgo season later in the month, we are gently reminded that transformation is not found in grand gestures alone, but in the small, intentional choices we make every day.
Powerful eclipse energies will also grace us this month, often bringing unexpected shifts that move us closer to our soul's highest path. While change can sometimes feel uncomfortable, eclipses have a remarkable way of clearing what no longer serves us so something more aligned can emerge.

I've been reflecting lately on how often we believe healing is about becoming someone different.
We tell ourselves we need to be stronger, wiser, more spiritual, more confident, more healed.
But what if that's not the invitation at all?
What if healing is simply the process of removing everything that isn't truly us?
Every healing session I facilitate, every meditation I experience, and every challenge life has offered me continues to point toward the same realization:
Our soul has never forgotten who we are.
It patiently waits beneath our fears, our labels, our conditioning, and our stories, quietly whispering, "Come home."
Perhaps this month's invitation is not to become more. Perhaps it is simply to remember.
